We have been teaching yoga and fitness for 6 years, and practicing myself for over 21 years. Yoga, fitness, movement and dance have all been essential to my quality of life, and I want to share my love for them to everyone. I am trained in Somatic Psychology and provide psychotherapy, outside of teaching yoga, as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (IMF #103346). I deeply believe in the power of holistic wellness, and know the importance of the interconnectedness between the mind, body, and soul.
